BRINGING THE CLASSICS BACK

My idea for the classic are to experimentally, adaptate old films, using modern actors. This is a way to introduce new actors to the scene. I have choosen Four films for Actors, and Four for Actresses, although we are all known as actors, the tag differences serves its purpose.

My ideal is to take these films and place minority characters in them introducing America to the nations minority culture. Though most films in the 20th century circled around a white audience till the 60's 70's, this is a way to bridge a gap of whats missing.

In the eclectic circle are:

Actors list: Saboteur Directed by Alfred Hitchcock,
High Noon Directed by Fred Zinnemann
Smart Money Directed by Alfred E. Green
Touch of Evil Directed by Orson Welles

Actress List: How to Marry A Millionare Directed by Jean Negulesco
Gentalmen Perfer Blondes Directed by Howard Hawks
Diablique Directed by Henri-Georges Clouzot
Rebecca Directed by Alfred Hitchcock

I would like to take these films; do an adaptation of them, create a classics phenomena, and then make a modern version of at least two of the stories.

I know this is a great Idea, I was interested in using Clint Eastwood stories, or Dick Tracy of RKO productions, and even wrote a proposal to Paramount Classics to help with the idea.

My inquisition is that many Asian and Eastern Cultures love Western Films, especially American Stories, and figured this would win me a chance to gain a grant to study English in London, and be featured as your first black James Bond 007.
